What are the ticket statuses in the backlog?

Each ticket in the backlog can have one of the following statuses:

  • Active – The ticket is currently in progress or planned for upcoming work.

  • Done – The work is completed and no further action is needed.

  • Archived – The ticket is no longer active but kept for reference or documentation purposes.

💡 By default, the backlog displays only Active tickets — so you stay focused on what matters.
