A ticket in RoadmapHero brings together everything you need to manage planning, alignment, and communication — all in one place.
🔝 Top bar
Ticket type & title: Always visible at the top. Click the title to edit it anytime.
Duplicate: Use the icon to clone the ticket. The origin is tracked automatically.
Archive/Delete: Archive from the top-right menu. Once archived, you can permanently delete it if needed.
📅 Chronology
This section defines when and how the ticket moves forward.
Start date: When work begins (editable from the ticket, backlog, timeline).
Available date: When the ticket is expected to be done (used in roadmap & timeline).
Pipelines: Steps your ticket follows (e.g. Discovery, Crafting, Dev...). You can define assignees and effort at each step.

Clarify the role and scope of your ticket.
Hierarchy: Product > Block > Epic
Labels: Add filters to organize your backlog
Version: Create a version to track clear iterations of this ticket
Dependencies: Link related tickets (blocking or blocked)
User-friendly title: This is the title seen by stakeholders when you share your roadmap, priorities or changelog. Suggested by AI, and fully editable.
Item purpose: Internal notes to give context or instructions to your team
Owner: Person responsible for the ticket

Priorities define the impact of a ticket, and feed the HeroScore.
Stakeholders: Set priorities for each stakeholder (Must, Should, Could, Nice)
Objectives: Link to business goals and evaluate their impact
Customers: Add by logo, segment, or profile — and define their importance

Three factors that help calculate the HeroScore and assess feasibility:
Confidence: How confident you are in delivering this ticket
Effort to build: How much work is required
Effort to maintain: Long-term cost of upkeep
