I’m Laurent Partouche, founder of RoadmapHero, the solution that helps product teams maximize their impact by facilitating alignment and communication around the backlog and the roadmap.
For 5 years, I was the CPTO of a startup that grew from €0 to tens of millions in revenue and from 20 to 180 employees.
I personally struggled with building roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, managing urgencies, and more—all while trying to keep the tech, marketing, sales, and support teams engaged and aligned. I tried many approaches, some of which worked well, but I always found myself limited by what existing tools could offer.
